+ What is Phoenix Point available on?

Phoenix Point is currently available on Steam, GOG, the Epic Games Store for PC and Mac, Stadia, and via Xbox Game Pass for PC among other stores. Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition is currently available on PlayStation and Xbox systems, and includes the core Phoenix Point game and 4 DLCs.

+ Will there be a Linux version of Phoenix Point?

We are currently not supporting Linux.

+ When will be Mod support be available?

Steam Workshop integration was made available as of July 21st, 2022.

+ What is Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition?

Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition is our original Phoenix Point strategy game, bundled with our 4 DLC expansions for Sony PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro, and PlayStation 5 and Microsoft Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series S/X.

+ Is Behemoth Edition optimized for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series?

Yes, Phoenix Point: Behemoth Edition for those systems includes higher frame rates, faster loading times and improved textures, among other improvements.

+ What resolution/frame rate does the game run on consoles?

  • 1080/30fps on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Xbox One S.
  • 1080/60fps on Xbox Series S.
  • 4k/30fps on Xbox One X and PlayStation 4 Pro.
  • 4k/60fps on PlayStation 5 and
  • 4k/50fps or 1440p/60fps or 1080p/60fps on Xbox Series X

+ Will there be keyboard and mouse support for Behemoth Edition?

The Behemoth Edition does not support keyboard and mouse, currently.

+ Will Behemoth Edition receive DLC 5 as well? Is there a Season Pass?

There is no Season or Expansion Pass for the Behemoth Edition, and DLC 5 is available for purchase on consoles separately. DLC 5 is not included with Behemoth Edition.

+ Will saves be compatible between old-gen/current-gen systems?

On Microsoft, we are an Xbox Play Anywhere title, which means your cloud saves work between Xbox One or Xbox Series X (for example).

On Sony, saved games are handled a bit differently.

If a PS4 player upgrades to the PS5 version on a PS5 system, the PS5 version will auto-detect any existing PS4 saved files and copy (import) them ONCE to the PS5 version of the game.

If a PS4 system player changes systems to a PS5 to play that version, they will either need to copy their PS4 saved games over via USB or PSN+ Cloud. In either scenario, they need to do this before starting and saving a game on PS5 in order for that to work.

If a player wants to reimport PS4 saves (and override PS5 saves, should they have any reason for that) the player has to delete their Phoenix Point PS5 saves from the system menu and relaunch the game. The PS4 saves (if present on PS5 console) would then be reimported to PS5 version of the game on start.

+ I backed Phoenix Point and have not received a key.

If you backed Phoenix Point before March 12th, 2019, and have not received your additional key, please contact us at contact@snapshotgames.com.

+ Will I receive the rest of the DLC if I backed Phoenix Point beyond what’s included in Year One?

Yes, if you backed Phoenix Point before March 12th, 2019, you will receive all DLC for whichever platform you chose for your additional key (Steam, GOG or EGS). For example, if you opted to receive the Year One Edition for Steam, you will receive the Expansion Pass for Steam. We are not accepting substitutions. If you have not received your additional key, please contact us at contact@snapshotgames.com.

+ When will keys be sent out for DLC 5?

Either Expansion Pass or Season Pass Keys have already been sent to eligible backers which will include DLC 5. If you have not received yours, please contact us per the above.

We do not offer a trade-in program or discount for Epic Games Store or other game store purchases.

+ Can I stream or make videos of Phoenix Point?

Yes. You can stream or upload videos from Phoenix Point to your preferred content sharing service.

+ What languages are going to be supported?

English, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, German, Italian, French, Russian, and Polish will be supported in all game text. Voice over will be only in English with subtitles in other languages.
